Quality Assurance
It is always our goal to meet and exceed the expectations of our client. Our qualified and experienced personnel are tasked with a systematic program that ensures a quality product.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control starts during preconstruction. As Construction Managers, our job is to assist in creating a set of bid documents that make for efficient construction and economical operations upon completion. Ultimately, we will leave our clients with a product that works well for them long after we are gone from the job site.
Once design is complete and bids are submitted, our staff schedules scope review meetings with subcontractors and suppliers. During scope review, quality control is ensured with a line-by-line detailed analysis of the proposals. The correct scope for each vendor must be included before we can move on. Once subcontracts are awarded, quality assurance continues as construction begins. Owner and design team participation in pre-award meetings is encouraged.
We are very hands-on in the field activities to ensure all entities comply with plans and specifications. Open communication with owner, design team and any 3rd party QAA is an important component in delivering a quality product. Constant supervision and daily job site visits by our management team are company policy. Owner generated or design changes that require revised design documents get disseminated quickly, this efficiency saves time and effort and ultimately money for the owner. There is nothing more frustrating than trades working from outdated plans. We take this very seriously and ensure that everyone is brought up to speed as quickly as possible.
