Our Project

J.A. Tiberti Construction Co., Inc. provided critical pre-construction and construction services for owners and the design consultants developing a commercial retail center on the southwest corner of Blue Diamond Rd and Valley View Blvd. Phase 1 of this project consisted of a 16,000 sqft 99 Cent store and an Einstein’s Bagels restaurant, both of which were completed in August 2013. Phase 2 of the project consisted of a 6,300 sqft shell for future retail space, completed in October 2015. In addition to the structures, J.A. Tiberti Construction added necessary underground utilities and site infrastructure for future development of the remaining parcel. Finishing this development well ahead of schedule allowed owner and tenants to open early and begin to see the benefit of being open for business.

J.A. Tiberti Construction Co., Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk and General Contractor from concept to completion. The CMAR delivery method allowed us to work collaboratively and seamlessly with the client and the design team to ensure the project was completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and ultimately, to our clients satisfaction. During pre-construction services we were able to provide intelligent constructability reviews and alternative means and methods that kept costs down while still meeting the client’s design intent.
