Laughlin WRC Process Equipment Rehab and Replaceme
J.A. Tiberti Construction Co., Inc. has successfully completed the CCWRD Laughlin WRC Process Equipment Rehab and Replacement project. The project includes the replacement of existing mechanical bar screen, installing a new screening washer compactor at the headworks with new fiberglass motor actuated gates for headworks flow control. Replacing traveling bridge filter underdrains and media, replacing the filter influent stainless steel weir gates, replacement of backwash pumps, wash water pumps, skimmer pumps, and concrete structural rehabilitation in the filter box and channel areas. Replacing Centrifuges, cake conveyors, and centrifuge's polymer feed system for energy efficient and compact size equipment to improve operations at the Solids building.
