CCWRD - Dual Media Filters Phases 3 &4
J.A. Tiberti Construction Co., Inc. teamed up with MWH Constructors in a Joint Venture, Nevada Water Solutions to complete the CCWRD Dual Media Filters project. The project includes the expansion of granular media filters, increasing the nominal capacity by 65 MGD. A new Filter Influent Pump Station, retrofit and expansion of existing UV disinfection facilities as well as new UV system capacities. Addition of chemical feed facilities to service the increase MGD as well as blowers and equalization basins.
J.A. Tiberti Construction self-performed the excavation, concrete work and mechanical piping as part of the Joint Venture partnership. This scope of work was delivered under strict specifications and inspections on time and of the utmost in quality.
